Iekei Ramen
Yokohama Iekei Ramen is a distinctive style of ramen that originated in Yokohama, Japan. Oraga Toshi offers the Iekei Ramen consisting of thick, rich pork broth soup with soy sauce or shio (salt) base, and chicken fat oil, which is slightly creamy and deeply savory. The noodles are flat straight and relatively thick, providing a satisfying chewiness that complements the hearty broth. Let’s Enjoy our crafted signature ramen now.
